However, finding a place to stay is all well and good but where can you dine out in style or grab a quick bite to eat? Orega
Located at 13 Rue Samuel Fahlberg, Gustavia, Orega is the perfect place to dine if you would like to indulge in some vegetarian and vegan dishes. Also serving gluten-free dishes, this restaurant is light, classically styled and a great place to dine.
With dishes that are very well presented and a team of waiting staff who can’t seem to do enough for you. Orega is well worth visiting. The décor that’s a combination of lights hung from the ceiling and mirrored circles on the wall is fresh but it isn’t over the top. The food at Orega is just divine, and although the eatery does serve up some vegetarian and vegan dishes it also serves us veal, seafood and much more. If you really want to spoil yourself you need to try the desserts, they are simply divine. Elegantly presented and ideal if you’re celebrating a special occasion, the meals here need to be sampled.
The Hideaway Restaurant
Found at St. Jean 97133, St Barthelemy, the Hideaway Restaurant is the perfect eatery for those who love pizza and other international dishes. Also serving salads and seafood, this restaurant is modern, but it’s classy and the ideal place to dine if you want to eat somewhere with a relaxed atmosphere that serves great food.
Serving good sized portions, no matter what you order you won’t walk away feeling hungry. With a wide range of pizzas on the menu you may be spoiled for choice, but whatever dish you choose it will be very nicely presented and cooked perfectly. With wooden tables that seat four, black or green wicker chairs and a light white ceiling, the Hideaway Restaurant is the ideal eatery if you want to enjoy something tasty.
Black Ginger
Located at Samuel Fahlberg, Gustavia 97133, Black Ginger is a wonderful place to dine. If you’re looking for a high-class eatery that serves up Asian, Thai, and vegetarian dishes, this is the place to be. The restaurant is very stylishly decorated but it also sets itself apart from many other restaurants. With large red lampshades that light up the dining area nicely, guests can enjoy viewing the many photographs that adorn the walls.
When it comes to the food, the dishes here are nothing short of divine. Very nicely presented and with good sized portions, the dishes are as fresh as you’d want them to be. Whether you choose to dine inside or out, you will find that the meals are superb and they’ll leave you wanting to come back and sample something else. Serving Mahi-Mahi, scallops, curries and so much more, Black Ginger is a restaurant that you need to visit at least once.
L’Isola
Found at 33 Rui Roi Oscar II, Gustavia 97133, L’Isola is the perfect place to dine if you love fine dining or you’re celebrating something special. Serving Italian dishes in addition to vegan and vegetarian options, this restaurant is simply divine. Marketing itself as a fine Italian restaurant and bringing Italian cuisine to St. Barts, L’Isola has some of the best waiting staff you’ll come across thanks to their desire to make your time here a memorable one.
Elegantly decorated and lit with candles in the evenings, the restaurant is, although a little crowded at times, the ideal place to dine. With comfortable chairs sat around tables that have been nicely set, guests will know they’re in for a real treat the moment they set foot inside the door. The meals here are nothing short of divine, and everything is beautifully presented, complete with large portions that will see you feeling nicely full. The fish dishes are well worth a try as the fish is very fresh and it tastes delicious. The desserts served at L’Isola are nothing short of sumptuous and are again, very nicely presented. If you’re looking for an eatery that is going to help you celebrate a special event or you simply want to dine somewhere exquisite, this is the place to be.
St Barts is a wonderful part of the world that has much to offer tourists who wish to vacation in paradise. Full to the brim of some amazing restaurants, you may struggle to find somewhere to dine.
