21 Examples of Beautiful Building Architectures

Published: Oct 20, 2010

The term “Architecture” can be related to an action or a job(profession). As a process, architecture is the activity of designing, planning and constructing buildings and other physical objects by a person or a group of persons, primarily to provide shelter. As a profession, architecture is the role of those persons or machines providing architectural services. As documentation, usually based on drawings, architecture “shows” the structure and/or behavior of a building or any other kind of system that is to be or has been constructed. Here are some examples of beautiful building architectures for your inspiration.

take time, skill and inspiration – just like the works of art shown above.

You got off to a shaky start at the beginning, with all those conforming depressionist buildings, but you managed to recover superbly with L’hotel de Ville. However, it’s a shame you couldn’t have picked some more Victorian American/Canadian structures. I would suggest the Singer Tower, but it ‘s been demolished.

Also, why is the BC parliament pegged as being in both Canada and the US?

My apologies for the Parliament of Hungary. I’ve now updated the article.

Those are awesome buildings. While you have several from Russia, my favorite is St. Basil’s Cathedral in Moscow. That church is really cool.
